Purchasing Process

Do we take credit cards?

No. We can only accept cash, debit cards or Aeropay. We have an ATM in-store.

How does your cashless ATM work?

Because of the federal laws surrounding cannabis, the only way to purchase it with a debit card is through the use of a cashless ATM. This transaction is essentially the same as if you withdrew cash from an ATM machine, but allows you to skip that step. When you insert your debit card into the cashless ATM reader at the checkout counter, your total will round up to the nearest increment of 10 and the difference will be given back to you in change. For example, if your total was $73.84, the card reader will round it up to $80.00, add on a $3.50 ATM fee, and charge your card $83.50. You would then receive $6.16 back in change and be on your way.

Do I need to show ID?

Yes, a valid photo ID proving you are at least 21 years of age is required to make a purchase.

How much can I buy?

The legal purchase amount in New York State is up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower and 24 grams of cannabis concentrate.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, you may modify or cancel your order at the checkout counter before finalizing your purchase. If you want to make changes to an order placed online and already paid with aeropay, please call the store.

What is your return policy?

a) Eligibility for Returns:
– Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused cannabis products.
– Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
– Returns are not accepted for cannabis products that have been opened or used due to regulatory restrictions.
b) Refund Process:
– Upon returning eligible products, customers may opt for either a refund or store credit.
– Refunds will be issued in cash.
– Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card or voucher, redeemable for future purchases.
c) Exchange Policy:
– Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only.
– Customers must provide proof of purchase and demonstrate the defect or damage to be eligible for an exchange.
– Exchanges will be made for the same product or a product of equal value, subject to availability.
d) Non-Returnable Items:
Due to regulatory restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:
– Opened or partially used cannabis products.
– Products without a valid proof of purchase.
– Accessories or non-cannabis merchandise.

Do you deliver to Connecticut?

No, unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries over state lines.

Where is your cannabis grown and processed?

All of our cannabis products are grown and processed in New York State.

Is your cannabis lab tested?

Yes, all of our products undergo complete lab testing for things like THC percentage and to ensure they are free from traces of mold, heavy metals, etc. You can read more about cannabis lab testing at cannabis.ny.gov

Can I see and smell the products before I purchase them?

Yes, all of our flower and products are on display in our store.

Do you have products for pain relief and insomnia?

Yes! We have a variety of products for each of these desired effects.

How long does it take to feel the effects of an edible?

This answer will be different for everyone. Many factors can influence how long it may take but the general rule of thumb is to wait at least 2 hours before deciding to take more. On average, effects are typically felt within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

What is the best consumption method for beginners?

This comes down to personal preference. We think the best method is to take one hit of a joint, but if you don’t want to smoke it, the best method would be to take half of an edible (consuming 5mg or less).

Do you offer any products with low THC or high CBD?

Yes, we have a variety of products with all different cannabinoid ratios. Ask a budtender to help guide you to the type of product you are looking for.

Will a higher THC percentage get me higher?

No. There are many factors other than THC percentage that influence how “high” you get when smoking cannabis such as terpenes, other cannabinoids, the freshness of the flower, how it was grown, etc. Instead of focusing on THC percentage, we highly recommend choosing a strain based on smell and taste. You wouldn’t walk into a liquor store and choose a bottle of scotch based on which one has the highest alcohol percentage thinking that will get you the drunkest. The same approach should be taken for cannabis.
